Pattison Lake is a tranquil lake surrounded by tall evergreen trees. Located in Thurston County, a small portion of the lake is in City of Lacey.

Pattison Lake Association is 501(c)(4) non-profit organization organized by lake residents who value lakeside living, and want to better understand lake ecology.

Anglers and boaters use the lake year round. There is a Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife boat launch at the south basin. The 5 mph or no-wake boat speed limit maintains the peaceful nature of the lake. Many residents enjoy swimming in Pattison Lake.

The lake is divided into two basins: North and South.

North Pattison Lake’s shoreline is 1.7 miles or about 9,000 feet. The lake covers 81 acres.

Depth: 14’ mean, 22’ maximum
. Water source: Water is incoming from Hicks Lake. It is also fed by underground aquifers and rainwater
. There are several private community access beaches around the North basin; those are homes that have private community lakefront property for their personal use.

South Pattison Lake has 4.6 miles of shoreline. It is 190 acres.

Depth: 13’ mean, 19’ - 25’ maximum
. Water source: Groundwater fed plus rainwater fed. There is one neighborhood, South Cove, that has a private community lake access.
